At the annual general meeting, the income and expenses are reported and the auditor checks the books. Every year, our colleague, Marjan Seleman (with a degree in tax law), submits the prepared tax return to the tax office, which then annually grants us non-profit status.
In addition, we account for each project separately to our supporters.
