At the end of June, the women in need and their families received the funds from their sponsors, which are paid out once a quarter. This enables the women to provide for their families and send their children to school for the next three months. We are happy and relieved that this type of aid is possible without too many problems, despite the continuing repressive regime. For some, it may be a drop in the ocean, but we hope that it is a steady drop that will eventually wear away the stone.
