Samira is from Nejrab, Kapiza province, where she lives with her two sons and two daughters. Her husband left her when he married a second wife and emigrated to Iran with her. Until August 2021, Samira worked by herself and was able to send her children to school.
When the Taliban came to power, everything changed for Samira, too. Ever since, she has been practically housebound and tries to earn a living by weaving carpets. Her greatest wish would be to be able to continue sending her children to school so that they can have a better life one day. For this she needs your support. 50 Euro per month, limited to 1 year, would help her a lot for the time being.
