Dear Afghanistan Interested,

with your help we have been able to support women in Afghanistan for almost 20 years to contribute their share to the development of civil society.
Since the foundation of the association NAZO – Deutschland e.V. Mr. Nurullah Ebrahimy is my representative (or second chairman). For some time now, I have been giving him more tasks and responsibilities, so that next year he can take over the chairmanship of the association NAZO-Deutschland e.V. and I can only support the association in an advisory capacity.

Nurullah was and is our sustainable bridge to Afghanistan, on which we could get closer to the thinking and feeling worlds of the people in Afghanistan. Without him, our work in Afghanistan would not have been so successful.
Now he has – beyond the almost daily contact with “our” women in Afghanistan – together with Wahida – the head of finance in Afghanistan – settled the four-year project “Kelim in Kabul” funded by the BMZ.

Here I list which employees and board members the association will be missing soon:

1. Vice chairman,
2. Treasurer,
3. Secretary,
4. Assessor (perhaps responsible for updating the website),
5. wother staff members – perhaps responsible for the newsletter, public relations or translation work.

I hope many of you are interested and get in touch with Nurullah Ebrahimy: 01522-9888139 or: nury@nazo-support.org

With kind regards, Elke Jonigkeit-Kaminski
